WHO IS TOM ELMER 

Running has been part of my life since 2007.
I discovered my love for it early, not just the competition, but the feeling of movement, the rhythm, the challenge. I spent years diving into every detail, studying how to get better, how to understand the body, the mind, and the moments when things don't go as planned.
From winning small local races as a kid to competing at World Championships, my journey has been shaped by highs, setbacks, and lessons you won't find in any textbook.
Every challenge taught me something new, about resilience, about patience, about what it really takes to grow.
Today, I’m still living that journey, pushing my own limits, chasing new goals, and now I’m opening a space to pass on what I’ve learned along the way.
